Advanced Levels
A dynamic, full-body Pilates fusion class using equipment. Flow through compound movements like squat-to-curl, lunge-to-row, and weighted bridges to sculpt arms, core, glutes, and legs. Finish strong with a fiery ab series for a total-body burn that leaves you energized and fully activated.

ABOUT OUR OFFERINGS

  • Each class is 50 minutes long and limited to 8 participants, ensuring personalized attention and an intimate, supportive environment.

  • Resistance bands, hand weights, ankle weights, and other equipment is used throughout, with mats and all equipment provided, so you can focus on your workout.

  • Our core-focused classes target different areas of the body, delivering a full-body workout designed to strengthen, tone, and energize.

  • The infrared heat enhances your workout by promoting deeper muscle engagement and increased circulation, helping you sweat, detoxify, and recover faster.
